Effective 5 October 2026

Arctic Soulcraft is built so that what you write and do stays with you. There are no user accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. This page explains how that works, part by part, and which details are still handled so that the site and the tools can run.

Data controller

The data controller is SVERGJA, a sole proprietorship, organisation number 889 080 272, which runs Arctic Soulcraft. Questions about privacy can be sent to torstein@svalbardpsykologen.no. Full contact details are under Contact.

arcticsoulcraft.com

The site consists of fixed pages. You can read everything without giving any information about yourself. The fonts are served from our own server, so no third party learns that you are visiting.

The site runs on Cloudflare. When a page loads, Cloudflare handles ordinary connection details such as IP address, time and browser type. These are used for operational security and to prevent misuse, and they are not linked to anything you do on the pages. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Breathing Space

Your answers in Breathing Space exist only in your browser while the page is open. They are not sent anywhere and not stored. The mirror and the PDF are created on your own device. When the page closes, the answers are gone.

Bridge

Bridge can keep your goals, ticks and notes in your browser's local storage on your own device, so you can continue where you left off. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. You can turn storage off, and you can delete everything from within Bridge or by clearing your browser's stored data for the site.

Soulcrafting

The log of completed exercises, your notes and any recordings you choose to save for offline use stay on your own device. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. You can delete everything under About in the programme, or by clearing your browser's stored data for the site.

Arctic Wayfinder

Arctic Wayfinder is an AI guide. The messages you write are sent through Cloudflare to Anthropic, which provides the language model, and the answer is sent back. Arctic Soulcraft stores no conversations and keeps no log of them. Because what you write there does leave your browser, Wayfinder has its own terms and privacy, describing the legal basis, processors, retention and transfers outside the EEA in detail. You accept them before you begin.

Transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare and Anthropic are established in the United States. The transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses under Article 46(2)(c), which are part of the data processing agreements with both.

Links to others

The pages link to Florian Ledoux's website and Instagram. If you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.

Your rights

Articles 15 to 21 of the regulation give you the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and the right to object. Because we neither collect nor store information about you, there is in practice nothing for us to retrieve. What lies on your own device is yours to manage. If you want access to anything a provider may hold, we will help you ask for it.

You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), Postboks 458 Sentrum, 0105 Oslo, postkasse@datatilsynet.no, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
